Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Local corporations, companies and non-profit entities, that is, any entity, regardless of its legal form, that carries out an economic activity of production of goods and/or services oriented to the market and non-profit entities may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second.- Object. These subsidies are intended to regulate the granting of aid intended to finance expenses derived from the organization of events, conferences, forums and/or business meetings in the territorial area of the Principality of Asturias. Third. -Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases approved by Resolution of June 24, 2025, of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Employment (BOPA of 07/09/2025) by which the regulatory bases are approved for the granting of aid for the holding of events, conferences, forums and/or business meetings in the territorial area of the Principality of Asturias. Fourth.- Amount. To cover the granting of these subsidies, it appears in the General Budgets of the Principality of Asturias for 2026, adequate and sufficient credit in the amount of NINETY THOUSAND EUROS (€90,000.00), project code PEP 2024/000229, charged to the budget applications detailed below: Lines of action,,Budget application,,2026 Corporations premises,,14.04.722A 466,004,,€30,000 Private companies,,14.04.722A 476,011,,€30,000 Non-profit entities,,14.04.722A 486,053,,€30,000 TOTAL,,€90,000.00 Under protection In addition to what is established in section 9 of the regulatory bases, the following quantitative limits are established: 100% of the eligible expenses foreseen in the project defined in the application will be subsidized, up to a maximum amount of 10,000 euros. For an application to be a beneficiary of this aid, the eligible investment amount must be greater than or equal to 3,000 euros. Below that amount, the corresponding rejection proposal will be made to the competent body. Subsidies will not be awarded for an amount greater than that requested or the total cost of the project. Consequently, and under this call, the amount awarded will be adjusted so that the total amount of aid received does not exceed 100% of the cost of the project. In accordance with section 2.5 b) of the Regulatory Bases, activities related to the object of the aid that cannot be assumed directly by the beneficiary may be subcontracted, up to a percentage that does not exceed 50% of the amount of the subsidized activity in accordance with article 29.2 of the General Subsidies Law. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The period will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth.- Eligible period. The eligible period will run from September 1, 2025, the date on which the period corresponding to the previous call ended, until October 1, 2026. Seventh.- Other information. Applications will be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias: https://sede.asturias.es, (by entering the code AYUD0502T01 in the header search engine, located at the top right) or through the General Electronic Registry of the General Administration of the State: https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do.
