Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Owners of agricultural holdings located in the Autonomous Community that meet the requirements established in the Bases and in the Call. Second.- Purpose of the subsidy. This aid aims to compensate farmers for all or part of the additional costs and income losses as a result of voluntary commitments to promote biodiversity in apple plantations by promoting the presence of birdlife with the placement of nest boxes, feeders, perches and other requirements established in the regulatory regulations. Third.- Regulatory bases. They are included in Annex I of the Resolution of April 7, 2025, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which approves the regulatory bases and the call for Interventions in the form of direct payments to agriculture and livestock and Rural Development Interventions within the Integrated Management and Control System (SIGC) contained in the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 (BOPA of April 16, 2025). Fourth.- Amount. An amount of 337,500 euros is established, with the following estimated distribution of annuities: 300,000 euros charged to the 2026 budget year and 37,500 euros charged to the 2027 budget year. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. It will be the day between the day following the publication of this extract and April 30, 2026. Sixth.- Other data.
