Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First: Beneficiaries. 10 awards are being called to participate in the revitalization and promotion program of the MAC 2026 Mislata Festival, aimed at people between the ages of 18 and 35. To participate in the public call for competitive competition, applicants for the award who present projects must be 18 years of age before the end of the application submission period and meet the following requirement: Be in possession, or be in a position to obtain it before the end of the application submission period, of a baccalaureate degree or higher-level training cycle. Second: Object. The MAC festival (Mislata Arte en la Calle / Mislata Art al Carrer) has as its object and foundation the stimulation and dissemination of street arts in Mislata based on contemporary circus and theater as a base. It is complemented by a whole series of associated proposals that reinforce the theatrical tradition of Mislata and that support and implement the various local initiatives in the area of performing arts undertaken in the municipality by companies, associations or local collectives of a stable nature at the levels: training, show production or leisure and free time. The MAC Festival's dynamization and promotion awards program is aimed at providing greater knowledge of the world of performing and circus arts, with the active participation of the selected people in the organization of the Festival through their projects, as well as facilitating their direct contact with the companies and artists that make up the MAC programming. Third: Regulatory bases. Amount. The maximum budget allocation amounts to 1,800 euros and is financed from budget application 3271 48100 of the municipal budget for the year 2025 extended until the approval of the 2026 municipal budget. Each of the prizes is endowed with an amount of 180 euros, which will be supported by bank transfer after the implementation of the winning project. Your payment will be made in accordance with applicable tax legislation. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days and will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the province. Sixth. Other data. The granting of the awards will involve the planning and execution of the selected projects, in a participatory manner, during the 12th edition of the MAC Festival that will take place between May 11 and 24, 2026. The award-winning projects will be implemented under the direction, coordination and supervision of the municipal youth and culture technicians. The applicants/writers of the projects that submit to the call assume the firm commitment that if their projects are awarded, they will implement them in the terms and conditions regulated by this call.
