Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit cultural associations of Zumaia that work in the field of music, theater and dance. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate subsidy concepts aimed at alleviating the economic deficit caused by the development of the annual activity of non-profit cultural associations of Zumaia, which work in the field of music, theater or dance, and/or the implementation of specific projects and events. Third. Regulatory bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 151, of August 11, 2020). Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council for the period 2024-2027. (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa no. 243, of December 20, 2023). Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women. Room. Amount. The subsidies to be granted through this call will be charged to the following budget item: - 1 0300.481.334.01.01 2026 (440) Subsidies to musical and dance associations €38,000 Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications Natural persons can submit their applications in person or electronically, and legal entities only electronically: In person, applications will be submitted to the Municipal Registry of Zumaia or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Telematically, by electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council, through its website www.zumaia.eus. Applications must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Sixth. Form and terms of payment. The payment will be made in 2 payments by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary entity: First payment: 70% of the subsidy granted upon notification of the resolution.
