Official description of the call
By presidential resolution number 376/2026, of March 6, the “Bases for subsidies for clubs and associations in sports for the year 2026” were initially approved. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/). First.- Object. In order to influence the territorial balance of sports services and activities within the regional demarcation, alleviating the historical inequalities that exist in this area between rural and urban environments, it is the object of these rules to regulate the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for sports activities and events organized during the year 2025 by legally constituted associations and clubs that develop their projects in the localities and natural environment of the rural area of the Hoya de Comarca. Huesca|Plana de Uesca as well as in the incorporated municipalities of the Huesca City Council and Almudevar. All of this in accordance with the functions and services entrusted to the Region according to Decree 4/2005, of February 11, of the Government of Aragon, which modifies the Decrees of the Government of Aragon on transfers of functions and transfer of services from the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon to the Regions, especially and preferably to cooperation in the fulfillment of the powers contemplated in the articles. D.2.a.,D.2.d. and D,2,g.. of the aforementioned Decree 4/2005. Second.- Regulatory bases. General Ordinance Regulating the granting of Subsidies by the region of Hoya de Huesca|Plana de Uesca (published in the BOP of Huesca no. 105 of May 31, 2007 and no. 146 of July 27, 2007). Third.- Amount. The total amount of the budget item allocated to this call amounts to 25,000 euros, which will be applied to item 2026.3410.48913 of the budget of the Hoya de Huesca Region|Plana de Uesca corresponding to the year 2026. The amount of the subsidies will be determined based on the applications submitted, the budgetary credit available for this call in accordance with what is referred to in point 7 of this call and depending on the actual expenditure to be made, and in no case may it exceed 80 percent of the same, with a maximum subsidized amount of 5,000 euros per application. In no case may the amount of the subsidy be such that it exceeds, isolated or in conjunction with other public subsidies, 80% of the total cost of the activity or project. The applicant entity must present its commitment to finance the difference between the total cost of the subsidized project and the amount of the aforementioned aid, indicating the sources of financing and their degree of commitment. Fourth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca. If the end of the period falls on a non-business day, it will be moved to the immediately following business day. Huesca, March 13, 2026
