The purpose of this Resolution is to publish the available credits, in fiscal year 2026, to meet the economic obligations that arise from the granting of the aid provided for in Decree 45/2024, of August 27, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies within the framework of the Talent Acquisition Program, modified by Decree 43/2025, of June 17. The aid lines, their purpose and eligible activities are established in articles 8, 11, 16, 22 and 25 of Decree 45/2024, of August 27, and article 19 of Decree 43/2025, of June 17. The eligible period will include the actions carried out from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. Second.
