Extract from the call:By Resolution No. CGC/2026/2817 of the Ministry of Primary Sector, Food Sovereignty and Water Security, of March 18, 2026, the call for the “XXXIII OFFICIAL CHEESE COMPETITION OF GRAN CANARIA, 2026” was approved. Against the aforementioned final resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, An optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed before the same body that issued it, within a period of one month from the day following the day of notification of the resolution or a contentious-administrative appeal, within a period of two months, counted from the day following the day of notification of the resolution. Once the maximum period has elapsed to resolve the procedure without an express resolution having been issued, an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed at any time starting from the day following the day on which, in accordance with its specific regulations. the alleged act occurs in the manner determined in article 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, or contentious-administrative appeal, within a period of six months from the day after the alleged act occurs, as determined in Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction. Recipient: All those persons, both natural and legal, who are owners of a dairy establishment intended for the production of cheese, duly registered in the General Health Registry of Food and Food Companies or in the corresponding regional registry, as a producer. Purpose: The granting of prizes in the “XXXIII OFFICIAL GRANCANARIA CHEESE COMPETITION, 2026. Regulatory Bases: General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria. Amount: €20,200.00 Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline will begin to be computed from the day following publication in the BOP, extending until April 6, 2026.
