Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3B and 20.8A and 23 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Purpose The purpose of the Call is to grant elderly individuals and/or pensioners residing in Alcobendas, for the adaptation of their habitual residence, which facilitates them in carrying out activities of daily living, cleaning or ambulation, with support elements. The financial aid is intended for small renovations, for the elimination of architectural barriers, facilitating internal mobility, carrying out activities of daily living and personal autonomy. Second. Beneficiaries People over 70 years of age, registered in Alcobendas with a minimum registration period of 1 year in the home where the adaptation is desired; or older people under 70 years of age registered for at least 1 year in the home where the adaptation has been carried out, who also have a recognized Degree of Dependency or have requested a dependency assessment, before the date of publication of the Call. Third. Amount The amount to be granted to each beneficiary will have a maximum limit of TWO THOUSAND EUROS (€2,000.00) for the conditioning, renovation or adaptation of the Fourth home. Regulatory Bases Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the granting of Subsidies in the field of Social Welfare (BOCM No. 24 of 01/28/2017), which regulates the areas or matters on which subsidies can be granted in the Alcobendas City Council. Fifth. Requirements of the call 1. The home that is the object of the adaptation or conditioning must be the habitual and permanent home of the applicant elderly person. 2. The home must be owned or co-owned by one of the people who are part of the cohabiting family unit of the oldest applicant. 3. If the home where the home adaptation is carried out is rented, the express authorization of the property must be submitted with the request. 4. The adaptation and/or conditioning works must not have been carried out prior to the approval of the project and report from the technical team of occupational therapy for the elderly. 5. Not have other subsidies pending justification. Sixth. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID.
