First. Beneficiaries: Family units that have their habitual residence in any of the councils of the Principality of Asturias, who have dependent minors due to birth between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026, or whose adoption took place in that same period, will be beneficiaries of this aid, provided that the sum of the annual tax income of the parents or adopters does not exceed €45,000. Second. Purpose: Support for births by granting financial aid to families whose income does not exceed 45,000 euros per year and with habitual residence in a council of the Principality of Asturias, with special emphasis on those councils at risk of depopulation or in demographic crisis, due to the birth or adoption of a child. Third. Amount: The amount of aid is 1,200 euros for the birth or adoption of the first child, 1,700 euros for the birth or adoption of the second and/or successive children, and 2,200 euros for the birth or adoption of children in families residing in councils at risk of depopulation or in demographic crisis regardless of the order of birth.
