In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): BENEFICIARIES: Young people or groups of young people, among 14 and 25 years old, who reside in the city of Alcorcón. OBJECT: Urban art contest with the aim of promoting the participation of the young population in the cultural field, promoting urban art in the municipality of Alcorcón and publicizing the work of young creators. The contest will be a channel of cultural and artistic expression that will include the following disciplines: Graffiti Urban music Hip Hop REGULATORY BASES: https://www.juventudalcorcon.com/es/juventud-alcorcon/premios-vibra-2026 AMOUNT: €1,500.00 attributable to budget application 34-231.20-480.00 of the municipal budget for the year 2026 of the Alcorcón City Council, distributed in the following categories and amounts: Graffiti modality: Five hundred euros (€500.00) Urban music modality: Five hundred euros (€500.00) Hip-hop modality: Five hundred euros (€500.00) DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The submission period will be thirty calendar days from the day following the publication of this document. call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Applications will be submitted through in-person registration or through the Electronic Headquarters of the Alcorcón City Council.
