Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx. First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the scholarships will be university graduates and administrative residents of Galicia. Second. Purpose These bases are intended to regulate the call for six scholarships for the training of experts in international cooperation for development. The destinations of the scholarships will be in Santiago de Compostela, at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs and with the European Union, or outside of this, in the Spanish cooperation offices (OCE) of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation. The scholarships regulated in this order will be awarded on a competitive basis and under the principles of publicity, objectivity, transparency, equality, non-discrimination, effectiveness and efficiency. Third. Regulatory bases Order of March 20, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of training scholarships for experts in international cooperation for development and calls for applications for the year 2026 (procedure code PR 809A). Room. Amount To grant these scholarships, a credit of €109,184.96 is allocated, which will be distributed as follows: €33,346.24 for the year 2026 and €75,838.72 for the year 2027. The amount of the scholarship will be €1,350 gross per month, if the destinations are abroad, and €1,100 gross monthly €, in the event that the destinations are at the headquarters of the General Directorate, which will be paid for the liquid amount after making the tax withholding and the corresponding worker's fee, in the bank account indicated by the beneficiary of the scholarship. Months will be considered in all cases to be thirty (30) days. Scholarship recipients assigned abroad will receive, as payment for travel expenses, first settlement, visas, vaccinations, insurance, internal travel or any other necessary in the development of the scholarship, a maximum amount of €2,200 for each of the proposed destinations, which will be paid to them prior to the first monthly payment of the scholarship, in the year 2026. On the other hand, scholarship recipients assigned abroad will receive, as payment for travel expenses for internal travel to visit projects financed by the Galician Cooperation, a maximum amount of €800 for each of the proposed destinations. This amount will be paid at the beginning of the year 2027 with the first monthly payment of this year. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
