Rey Juan Carlos University EXTRACT FROM THE RESOLUTION OF THE RECTOR MAGFCO. OF THE REY JUAN CARLOS UNIVERSITY, BY WHICH THE REGULATORY RULES OF THE CALL TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMBINED INTENSIVE PROGRAM (BIP) “MATHEMATICAL MODELLING FOR NATURAL DISASTERS” ARE APPROVED AND MADE PUBLIC, WITHIN THE ERASMUS+ 2025/2026 PROGRAM BDNS: 895709 In accordance With the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Participants: Students of the Rey Juan Carlos University who are enrolled in any of the degrees to which the Combined Intensive Program (BIP) "MATHEMATICAL MODELLING FOR NATURAL DISASTERS" is directed and who meet the academic and other requirements established in the rules of the call may participate in this call. Applicants must be part of the Rey Juan Carlos University student body both at the time of submitting the application and at the end of the stay. Second. Object. The purpose of this database is to call for 5 places and mobility aid for students who wish to participate in the Combined Intensive Program (BIP) "MATHEMATICAL MODELLING FOR NATURAL DISASTERS" whose in-person part will take place between 7/6/2026 and 7/10/2026 at the University of L'Aquila (Italy). Third. Regulatory bases. The call is regulated by the rules published on the electronic notice board of the Rey Juan Carlos University. https://sede.urjc.es/tablon-oficial Fourth. Amount. The maximum total amount of this call is €4,560 and will be distributed among the 5 URJC students who are selected for the places offered within the framework of this BIP. This amount will be paid from the Erasmus+ Project 2024-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000211204, budget application 30 VCRI SR 423A 483.01. The aid allocated within the framework of this call is intended to contribute to covering travel and individual aid expenses during your period abroad, following the criteria and amounts established in the Program Guide and by the SEPIE. Additional aid is also contemplated for students with fewer opportunities. The allocation granted will be subject to the provisions of current national regulations regarding possible taxation or exemption from it. The aid will be subject to the regulations, applicable at all times, in tax matters, regarding withholding of Personal Income Tax and Social Security contributions, in accordance with the provisions of article 5.3. section j) of the Regulations for processing subsidies to be granted by the Rey Juan Carlos University. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 5 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Sixth. Presentation location. The application will be presented by SEDE ELECTRÓNICA, at the following link: https://sede.urjc.es/web/guest/convocatorias Séptimo. Resolution of aid and Resources. The final resolution of the procedure will occur within a maximum period of 2 months. An appeal for reconsideration may be filed against the final resolution against the Rector within a period of one month from the day following publication or, alternatively, a contentious-administrative appeal within a period of 2 months from the same day. Against this Resolution, which puts an end to the administrative route, an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed within a period of one month from the month following the publication of said resolution or, alternatively, it may be challenged directly by means of a contentious-administrative appeal, before the same jurisdictional order, within a period of two months from the month following its publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of 1 of October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and 8 and 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, Regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction The Rector of the Rey Juan Carlos Abraham Duarte Muñoz University.
