Official description of the call
1. Purpose of the subsidy. In accordance with the provisions of article 23.2 of the General Law of Subsidies and the regulatory bases of the subsidy, this City Council makes a call for the granting of subsidies to large and single-parent families, to families who, other than those mentioned above, register their second daughter or son, or to families receiving the following subsidies: Income Guarantee Income or Social Emergency Aid; so that the minors in their care can participate in the public leisure offering for girls and boys. The following are understood as public leisure offerings: -Spring break leisure offerings. -Summer vacation leisure offer. -Winter holiday leisure offer. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy. Specifically, people who meet the following requirements will be able to access these subsidies, provided that they do not incur any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of the LGS: Requirements to be met by the person applying for the subsidy: -Be registered in the municipality of Elgoibar for at least six months prior to the start date of the application period established in this call. -Be the owner of a large or single-parent family; register the second son or daughter in the leisure offer for boys or girls or be the holder of any of the following aid, at the time the application is made: Income Guarantee Income or Social Emergency Aid. -Have in your care a minor between 2 years and 12 years old (born between 01/01/2014 and 21/31/2024. 3. Amount of the subsidy. Leisure offer for the three holiday periods (spring, summer and winter): -Large and single-parent families will be paid 30% of the fee in the form of a subsidy. -Those families that, without being large, register their second son or daughter will be paid 30% of the fee in the form of a subsidy, in the second registration. - Families who receive any social aid (Income Guarantee Income, Social Emergency Aid) will be paid 70% of the fee in the form of a subsidy. Families will be able to receive the subsidies corresponding to the fees for the leisure offer for the three vacation periods, thus guaranteeing equal opportunities for all boys and girls. Subsidies may not be cumulative; in the event that more than one requirement is met, the one that provides the greatest benefit will be applied. 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting subsidy applications and the corresponding documentation will be the following: -Spring and summer vacation offers; and -From December 1 to December 30. They must be signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her. The applications must be submitted duly completed in one of the following places: a) At SAC-HAZ located at Calle Santa Ana 2, 20870 Elgoibar. Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. b)By electronic registration of the Elgoibar City Council. (www.elgoibar.eus, electronic headquarters). c)In the Post Offices. In this case, they will be presented in an open envelope to be dated and sealed by the Post Office official before being certified, within the application submission period. Only in this case will it be understood that the requests have been entered in the Central Registry of the Elgoibar City Council on the date they were delivered. It is the instance that must be sealed. d)In any of the other ways provided for in the applicable regulations.
