First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries listed in article 6.2 may benefit from this aid. Royal Decree-Law 4/2022, of March 15, that carry out their activity in the autonomous communities of Andalusia and Extremadura. Specifically, they are the following: - The owners of agricultural holdings, which may be natural or legal persons or entities without legal personality, registered in the General Registry of Livestock Holdings regulated by Royal Decree 479/2004, of March 26, or in the General Registry of Agricultural Production regulated by Royal Decree 9/2015, of January 16, whose income comes from at least one 50 percent of the agricultural activity in the year prior to the submission of the application, or in the three years prior to the application, taking into account the average data, unless they have started the agricultural activity within the three years prior to the call. In addition, they must have contracted a policy within the Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan, or commit to contracting it, ensuring in any case that they will maintain the insurance for at least two campaigns. - Those who are economic operators in the fishing sector, specifically those included in divisions A311 and A32 of the Economic Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE 2025). - Agri-food cooperatives. - Those who are economic operators included in the divisions of the Economic Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE 2025) 103 (Processing and preservation of fruits and vegetables), 1091 (Manufacturing of products for feeding farm animals), 4631 (Wholesale trade of fruits and vegetables) and 1310 (Preparation and spinning of textile fibers), in the latter case exclusively the authorized based on article 75 of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27. Second. Object. The aid will consist of a 15% bonus on the principal of financing operations formalized in the "ICO-GARANTIA SGR/SAECA LINE 2026", or the equivalent thereof in each year in which the application period for the call is open, with a maximum amount of €15,000 of accumulated aid for the operations of the same beneficiary, and will be granted to those who, in compliance with the provisions of article 6.2 of the aforementioned royal decree-law, develop its activity in the autonomous communities of Andalusia and Extremadura. No subsidies will be granted for the part of the loan that exceeds €100,000. If the same applicant requests help for more than one loan, the total sum of the amounts lent subject to subsidy will not exceed €100,000.
