Purpose and indication of the regulatory bases. The purpose of the call to which this extract refers is to establish in the area of the Valencian Community the aspects corresponding to the application, processing and payment of aid intended for unemployed workers who participate in training actions financed by Labora Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación, in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory bases of these aids, included in Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28, by which Royal Decree 694/2017, of July 3, is developed, which implements Law 30/2015, of September 9, regulating the Vocational Training System for Employment in the workplace, in relation to the training offer of the competent administrations and its financing, published in the BOE number 78, of April 1, 2019 and establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies intended for its financing and Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23, which regulates the training offer of the Vocational Training system in the workplace associated with the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications carried out by the competent administrations, published in the BOE number 239, dated October 5, 2022 and establishes regulatory bases, as well as the conditions for its financing. Second. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the aid and scholarships regulated in this resolution will be the unemployed students who participate in the training actions indicated in the call. Third. Type of aid. 1. Disability scholarship. 2. Transportation, maintenance and accommodation aid. 3. Aid for the participation of women victims of gender violence in training actions. Room. Amount Charged to subsidy line S0782 of chapter IV of subprogram 322C02 of the extended budget of Labora Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación for the financial year 2026, as established in Decree 204/2025, of December 26, of the Consell, a maximum global amount of 5,400,000.00 euros is allocated to meet applications for aid and scholarships carried out by unemployed students under this call that will be financed: - With finalist funds from the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy to respond to requests for scholarships and aid to unemployed students who participate in training linked to the Catalog of Training Specialties in the workplace and not aimed at obtaining professional certificates and training with hiring commitments for an amount of 1,080,000.00 euros. - With funds from the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports, to meet requests for scholarships and aid to unemployed students who participate in training linked to the development of training actions in the field of vocational training for employment linked to the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications and aimed at obtaining professional certificates for an amount of 4,320,000.00 euros. The publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) of the budget law of the Generalitat for the financial year 2026 may imply a variation of the amount recorded in this call, which will be reported through publication in the DOGV. Fifth. Application deadline Beneficiaries who participate in training actions in accordance with the provisions of the third resolution will submit applications within the following deadlines: a) For students participating in training actions completed prior to the date of publication of this resolution, the deadline for submitting applications will be 1 month from the day following the publication of this resolution in the DOGV. b) For students participating in training actions that end on a date after the publication of this resolution, the deadline for submitting applications will be 1 month from the day the training action ends.
