The purpose of this call is to grant single-payment financial aid for "Maternity Aid", for births and adoptions that occur between January 1 and December 31, 2026, both inclusive; prior verification of compliance with the requirements set forth in the Bases that regulate the Call for Aid, and with the application of the granting procedure detailed therein. The procedure for granting this aid is in an open direct granting regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; as they are nominally provided for in the Municipal Budget for 2026, initially approved in Plenary Session on January 9, 2026, (whose final publication was published in the BORM dated February 13, 2026). 2026-04001-231Ñ-48051 Birth Aid Total Amount 170,000.-€ This is a procedure for granting aid open to all citizens of the Municipality who meet the requirements set out in the call, so applications will be attended to until the available credit is exhausted, the order of priority being that of the date of submission of the applications. The maximum amount of each aid will amount to 200 euros, which may be increased by 25% from the second child, or by 50% from the third child, in the case of multiple birth or adoption.
