EXTRACT FOURTH CALL 2026 FOR GRANTING SUBSIDIES FOR INDIVIDUALIZED ECONOMIC BENEFITS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL SERVICES (PEISS). In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Third call 2026 for the granting of subsidies for individualized economic benefits in the field of social services (PEISS) is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http:// www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries. The requirements to be able to benefit from the benefits regulated by this call are: • Be registered and habitually reside in the municipality of Burjassot. Only in the case of risk situations, duly accredited by municipal social work professionals, can this requirement be waived. • Have an income for the cohabitation unit no higher than that established in Annex I of this call, except for those governed by the scale of the Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies; and Family Aid, aimed at feeding Minors at Risk or Social Exclusion (school cafeteria scholarships), which will be governed by the cut-off score criteria of the call in force in each year. • Have assessed the situation of need and social suitability for the benefit requested by municipal Social Work professionals. • Not have any other type of aid or benefit for the same purpose granted by a public or private organization. • That the resolution of the requested benefit is not the institutional responsibility of public organizations other than the Burjassot city council. • In the case of separation or divorce, claim any compensatory and/or alimony to which you may be entitled, in case of non-compliance, judicially claim the corresponding economic rights. • Not have pending justifications for previously granted aid. Exclusions: • People who have benefited from aid granted by other institutions will not be able to benefit from the benefits regulated in this call, as long as they are of the same nature, scope and purpose. In exceptional cases, requests subsidized by other administrations may be met, provided that the subsidy is less than 100% and the need to complement it is estimated. • The benefits regulated in this call may not be granted when the applicant or any member of the cohabitation unit owns movable or immovable property that, due to its characteristics, valuation, sale or exploitation possibilities, allows the existence of means to be appreciated. • Applications that are in the following cases are explicitly excluded from individualized financial benefits: 1. Those whose resolution falls under the institutional jurisdiction of other public bodies other than the Burjassot City Council. 2. Acquisitions or actions made or executed prior to the aid request. However, duly justified exceptional situations may be considered. • The granting of the requested benefit will be incompatible with the free and/or simultaneous enjoyment of services that cover the same assumptions and needs, through subsidized public or private institutions, establishing the general principle of incompatibility of individual and institutional aid. They will be compatible only if they are of a different nature and serve a different purpose. • Due to the nature of this aid, which is configured as extraordinary economic aid, intended to alleviate situations or states of need, and in order not to distort its own nature, the beneficiaries thereof, in the terms provided for in article 13.2 of the General Law of Subsidies, will not be required to comply with the obligation to be up to date in compliance with tax and Social Security obligations.
