First. Beneficiaries The recipients of the subsidy will be the natural or legal person who wants to open an eligible establishment or the natural or legal person who owns the premises who wants to rent it to an entrepreneur who wants to open an eligible establishment. In no case, for the same eligible business, can a subsidy be granted to the entrepreneur and the owner of the premises. If both request it, it will be granted to whoever submitted the request first. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant aid on a non-competitive basis for the opening of new commercial establishments in the old town of Cassà de la Selva. Promote commercial, business activity and social and recreational relations in the old town of Cassà de la Selva by opening new commercial, service, restaurant and tasting establishments. Third. Regulatory bases The call is made in accordance with the regulatory bases published on October 18, 2024 in the BOP of Girona no. 202. Fourth. Amount The budget that will be allocated for the granting of these subsidies subject to this call will be a maximum of €30,000, according to article 4 of the regulatory bases for subsidies for the implementation of new economic activities.
