Official description of the call

First. Recipients Fathers and mothers who have sons and daughters registered in the municipality and who are enrolled in daycare centers or studying early childhood, primary or secondary education in public or subsidized centers may apply for these aids. Legal guardians representing minors may also request it. In the event of separation or divorce of the parents, the application will be signed only by the parent who has custody of the minor. Parents of students enrolled in non-subsidized private study centers will not be able to request these aids. Both the sons and daughters and at least one of the two parents must be registered in the registry of inhabitants uninterruptedly, at least from June 1 of the year to which the call refers and until the day of submission of the applications. Neither parent may be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Second. Eligible concept Study materials intended for carrying out early childhood, primary and secondary education will be supported. This aid is intended exclusively for the acquisition of consumable school supplies, such as reading books, dictionaries, atlases, writing and drawing materials, craft materials, backpacks, pencil cases and computer infrastructure intended for study (tablets, laptops or desktop computers, mice, USB flash drives, printers). The granting of aid for support material for experimentation and experiences in the case of daycare centers is also regulated. In this case, given that the acquisition of this material is the responsibility of these centers, the expense will be credited through the payment of monthly receipts to the corresponding daycare center. In all cases, the expense must have been paid prior to the end of the application submission period. Third. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the regulatory bases approved by the Local Government Board in a session held on 03/03/2026 and published in the BOP of Girona no. 48 of 03/11/2026. Room. Budget credits The budget credits to which the subsidy is allocated are €11,769.04, charged to budget item 26,326.48000. Fifth. Amount of the subsidy The maximum amount of aid will be distributed according to the following criteria: Nurseries (0 to 3 years): 230.00 euros per child Early childhood education cycle (3 to 6 years): 200.00 euros per child Primary education (6 to 12 years): 200.00 euros per child Secondary education (12 to 16 years): 200.00 euros per child This amount will be reduced proportionally when the number of applications received exceeds the funding amount established in the call. In no case may the overall amount of aid granted exceed the amount established annually. Sixth. Application submission deadline 6.1. The inhabitants of the municipality who wish to benefit from this aid must submit the completed application form to the General Registry of the City Council by electronic submission. 6.2. The submission of applications will open from the day following the publication of this call in the BOP of Girona and will end on October 15, 2026. 6.3. The application must be accompanied by the following documents: a) Official application form, which will include: Responsible declaration of being up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. Declaration of not being involved in any of the assumptions included in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Bank account number for the deposit (IBAN code).
