Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the order is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura (https://doe.juntaex.es). First. Object. Subsidies aimed at job creation through the incorporation of work partners or worker partners. Second. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of Program I aid: a) Cooperative societies, both ordinary and special, qualified as such and registered in the Registry of Cooperative Societies of Extremadura, except credit cooperatives and insurance cooperatives. b) Labor companies classified as such and registered in the Registry of Labor Companies of Extremadura and in the corresponding Commercial Registry. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 123/2024, of September 24, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the promotion and consolidation of employment in the social economy within the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call for aid from programs I, II, III and IV for the period 2024-2025. Room. Financing and subsidy amounts. The total volume of credit for Program I for the years 2026 and 2027, charged to the following budget code, is detailed below: — 20050386 “Promotion of Employment in the field of the Social Economy”, financed by Own Funds of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for an amount of 750,000.00 euros, of which 550,000.00 euros correspond to the year 2026 and the rest, that is, 200,000.00 euros, correspond to fiscal year 2027, budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/ CAG0000001/20050386. As for the amounts of the aid, these are modulated depending on the groups in which the people responsible for the aid fall, varying from 9,000.00 euros to 12,000.00 euros. In addition, an additional subsidy of 10% is contemplated when the beneficiary entity complies with the Social Responsibility Clause and/or has implemented a Gender Equality Plan, when the beneficiary entity is a cooperative resulting from a new cooperative integration process, in any of its modalities, or when it involves women victims of gender violence. Likewise, an additional subsidy of up to 1,000.00 euros for expenses attributable to newly created companies or cooperative integration processes. Fifth. Application submission deadline. For Program I, in the period of validity of the call, the subsidy must be requested from the date of registration or variation of data, during the month in which the registration or variation of data occurs in Social Security of the members or contracted workers whose positions are subsidized, and the five calendar months following that in which such registration or variation occurs. The call is valid for one year and begins the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, together with this extract, provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
