Official description of the call

1.- PURPOSE AND RECIPIENT ENTITIES OF THE CALL. The purpose of these Rules is to establish the specific rules to regulate access to economic aid, aimed at promoting participation in the integrated job insertion itineraries, which are developed, within the Isla V Project, which begin during 2026 and end, at most, on November 15 of the same year, as well as the itineraries started in 2025 after the end date of the application period (November 28, 2025) corresponding to the previous call (BOP No. 0197, October 16, 2025). 2.- REQUIREMENTS OF THE RECIPIENTS. Individuals who participate in any of the training itineraries of the ISLA V Project who They begin during the year 2026, and end, at most, on November 15 of the same year, as well as the itineraries started in 2025 after the end date of the application period (November 28, 2025) corresponding to the previous call (BOP No. 0197, October 16, 2025). Likewise, they must be unemployed and have no income or income. of any nature that, on a monthly basis, are equal to or greater than 75% of the Multiple Effects Public Income Indicator (IPREM). Both requirements must be accredited and will be subject to verification at the time of the start of the training action. 3.- OBLIGATIONS It will be an essential obligation of the beneficiaries to acquire the status of a trained person. A trained person is considered to be one who meets the following two conditions:  Training: having completed the training programmed in the itinerary in which they participate, completing all the modules and passing the evaluation tests, which will be justified by obtaining the corresponding diploma, certificate or document accrediting the training received.  Attendance: You must attend at least 75 percent of the hours of the itinerary, which will be justified with the data from the signatures, any unjustified lack of attendance will not be admitted. 4.- BUDGETARY SUPPLY: This call for scholarships is recorded in the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres for the year 2026, in budget applications no. 04.2415.4870025 with an amount of €111,254.56 and 04.2415.48700 with an amount of €56,745.44 from the Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres 2026.5.- APPLICATIONS: The scholarships subject to this call are aimed at unemployed individuals who in many cases are part of vulnerable groups or do not have access to the technical means necessary to make the request and the rest of the procedures of the electronic format procedure, as indicated in article 14.4 of the Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. For this reason, it is evident that the circumstances established in said article exist and that make paper processing necessary in order to facilitate access to the scholarships for all participants who meet the requirements. This is in accordance with article 21 of the General Subsidies Ordinance, and always before the end of the itinerary, and those submitted after the deadline are not admitted. The presentation of the application by the interested parties will imply the acceptance of these call bases, as well as the unequivocal consent to the processing of personal data and its publication, all in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. 7.- DOCUMENTS  Responsible declaration of Third Parties, provided by the Excma.
