Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //ww w.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the aid line for projects included in the renewal of populations in rural areas. This call is published under DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will apply to the towns within the territorial scope of action of the Sierra de San Pedro-Los Baldíos Local Action Group, which includes the following municipalities and districts: Alburquerque, Carbajo, Cedillo, Herreruela, Herrera de Alcántara, La Codosera, Membrío, Salorino, Santiago de Alcántara, San Vicente de Alcántara, Valencia de Alcántara and Villar del Rey, Aceña de la Borrega, Alcorneo, Las Casiñas, Railway Station, Las Huertas de Cansas, La Fontañera, Jola, Las Lanchuelas, El Pino, San Pedro de los Majarretes, Bacoco, El Marco, Pan de Trigo, La Rabaza, La Tojera, La Varse, La Vega, El Convento and La Rocita The aid system within the framework of the Leader axis aims to apply innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, contributing in this way to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of the aid The beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid will be considered to be the local entities and smaller local entities of municipalities with a territorial scope in the area of action of the Sierra de San Pedro-Los Baldíos Local Action Group, which promote non-productive projects and whose objective is the provision of basic services for the economy and the rural population. Third. Regulatory bases s. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 15,000 euros will be allocated to be paid from the budget application 250050000/G/314 A/78000/FR23771900/20230313, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. The intensity of aid may reach a maximum of 100% of eligible expenditure, with a limit of 200,000 euros per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be TWO MONTHS counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
