Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Tourist Initiative Centers and Non-profit Entities. In any case, it will be necessary for the entity to have its headquarters in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants and for the tourist activities to be carried out in the municipality in which the applicant entity has its registered office. In the event that its headquarters are in a municipality with a larger population, it will be necessary to organize activities that are carried out or have a significant impact in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province. The Local Boards or Boards of Holy Week Brotherhoods of the municipalities of the province whose Holy Week is not considered and officially declared a Festival of Tourist Interest (whether regional, national or international) may also request a subsidy. Second. Object. Carrying out tourist activities that take place from January 1 to December 31, 2026 and that promote and encourage tourism in their respective municipalities with the aim of bringing visitors closer to them. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. Total amount: 51,000.00 euros Fifth. Application submission deadline. 20 calendar days, counted from 00:00 hours of the day following the day in which the announcement of the call appears published in the Official Gazette of the Province, until 14:00 hours of the twentieth calendar day. When the last day of the deadline is a non-business day, the filing deadline will be deemed extended until 2:00 p.m. of the first following business day. In accordance with the provisions of article 66.6 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, entities that wish to participate in this call must complete and electronically present the official model of "Subsidy application for Centers of Tourism Initiatives and Non-profit Entities for carrying out tourist activities", which will be available at its electronic headquarters. https://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es/tramitesdisponibles/02S218/ in accordance with the instructions indicated in Annex I. The application form will be addressed to the President of the Provincial Council (Tourism Board DIR3 LA0036879) and will include the applicant's statement that they meet each and every one of the conditions required in the call. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible activities: those provided for in the fifth base of the call. - Eligible expenses: those provided for in the fifth base of the call. - Compatibility: yes. - Applications: Electronic office. Link: https://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es/tramitesdisponibles/02S218/. - Documentation: that provided for in the tenth base of the call. - Evaluation criteria: quality, age and declaration of festival of tourist interest, (thirteenth basis of the call). - Payment method: after justifying the expense. - Form of justification: Presenting the documentation provided for in the twentieth base of the call, by electronic means. - Maximum justification period: the following justification periods are established: ? For activities carried out from January 1 to June 30, 2026, the submission period will end at 2:00 p.m. on September 1, 2026. ? For activities carried out from July 1 to October 15, 2026, the submission period will end at 2:00 p.m. on November 15, 2026. ? Activities carried out after October 15, 2026 may be justified within a period of one month from their completion.
