Extract from the call for the Subsidy Program for Associations of Entrepreneurs and Merchants of the Arteixo City Council for the year 2026. 1.- Regulatory bases. The call is made under the regulatory bases of the Subsidy Program for Associations of Entrepreneurs and Merchants of the Arteixo City Council, published in the BOP of A Coruña No. 200, of November 24, 2020. 2.- Budget credit. The amount allocated for the year 2026 is €70,000.00 charged to budget application 241.48903. 3.- Object. The purpose of these bases is to grant financial aid to associations of businessmen and merchants in the municipality of Arteixo to promote revitalization actions, training programs and local economic promotion activities. 4.- Procedure. The procedure for granting the subsidies provided for in this call will be adjusted to the competitive competition procedure in accordance with the provisions of art. 9. a) and 10 a) of Municipal Ordinance no. 26 for granting municipal subsidies; in the art. 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, consistent with articles 23, 24, 25 and 26 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. 5.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy. Legally constituted associations of businessmen and merchants that meet the following requirements may qualify for this call (section 5 of the regulatory bases): - Lack of profit-making purposes. - Have the registered office and tax domicile in the Arteixo City Council. - Develop your activity within the municipal scope. - Not having to justify any subsidy or financial aid granted by the Arteixo City Council. - Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. - Be up to date with your obligations with the public treasury, with the Arteixo City Council and with the Social Security Treasury. - Not be involved in the causes of incompatibility or inability to be beneficiaries or receive subsidies from the public administrations provided for in art. 13 of the General Subsidies Law 38/2003, of November 17. - Given that the processing will be telematic, the entity must have a single email address throughout the processing of the file, to which communications, requirements and notifications will be directed through the representative designated in the application. 6.- Competent bodies. The procedure will be instructed by the Department of Economic Promotion of the Arteixo City Council, which will carry out whatever actions are necessary according to art. 10 a) of Municipal Ordinance no. 26 regulating the granting of municipal subsidies. The competent body to resolve the procedure is the Local Government Board of the Concello, according to art. 127 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime and other corresponding legislation. 7.- Application submission deadline. The application period will be 20 calendar days from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the BNDS, according to section 8 of the Regulatory Bases. 8.- Resolution and notification period. Once the concession proposal has been prepared by the Evaluation Commission and supervised by the Municipal Intervention, it will be submitted for approval by the Local Government Board. The concession agreement must be expressly notified to all applicants within 10 days from the date of the resolution (art. 40.2 of the LPACAP). 9.- Documentation (section 7 of the regulatory bases). The subsidy application must be submitted in the standardized model that appears as Annex I of the bases, which includes, among other things, the following information: - Authorization for the Arteixo City Council to obtain certifications from the corresponding tax administrations and the Social Security Treasury. If the requesting entities object to this consultation, they must indicate this in the application form and provide these documents. - Original declaration that the representative and the entity are not involved in the causes of incompatibility or inability to be beneficiaries or receive subsidies from the public administration, provided for in art. 13 of the General Law of Subsidies, of 17
