First. Call The aid provided for in the LEADER Local Development Strategies of the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia is called, on a non-competitive basis, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027 (Intervention 7119.2), from applicants who are not Rural Development Groups, in accordance with their calls for proposals and their Local Development Strategies. Second. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of February 3, 2026, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid under a non-competitive competition regime, provided for in the LEADER Local Development Strategies of the Rural Development Groups, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027 (Intervention 7119.2), published in the BOJA Number 29, of February 12, 2026. Third. Beneficiary persons or entities. Beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons, public or private, public law bodies, as well as communities of property and civil societies, which are going to execute an operation selected by a Rural Development Group within the framework of its Local Development Strategy, in accordance with the provisions of the Order of February 3, 2026. The beneficiaries must be included among the possible beneficiaries of the typology of eligible operations that is applicable to the operation in question. Natural persons may only be beneficiaries in their capacity as individual entrepreneurs (self-employed) or when, not being so at the time of the aid application, they undertake to acquire said condition once the latter has been resolved favorably, within a maximum period of three months from the notification of the granting resolution. Room. Object. The purpose of the aid is the execution of selected operations within the scope of the Local Development Strategies of the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia 2023-2027, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027 (Intervention 7119.2), with the aim of promoting rural development in Andalusia, so that rural communities are stronger, connected, resilient and prosperous, paving the way to create new opportunities to attract innovative companies, offer quality employment, promote growth, gender equality, responding with relevant financial support to the social and economic demands of local communities organized in Leader Rural Areas. Fifth. Amount.
