Official description of the call

First. - Beneficiary entities. Companies, regardless of their legal form, self-employed or self-employed persons and private non-profit entities in the ordinary labor market, that carry out their activity in the Autonomous Community of Aragon and that, in their capacity as employers, hire unemployed people as employees, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies that are called by means of this order, all under the conditions and terms established in Order EPE/268/2023, of 14 March, as well as in this call. The eligible actions and conditions of the subsidies in their different modalities are those established in Chapters II and III of Order EPE/268/2023, of March 14. Second. - Object. The purpose of these subsidies is to promote both the indefinite hiring of unemployed people who, due to their age or long period of unemployment, encounter difficulties in accessing the labor market, as well as the conversion of training contracts into indefinite ones, thus favoring stability in the employment of young people, all with a gender focus in the configuration of positive action measures towards the female group and with a local approach that especially encourages employment in small population centers. Third. - Regulatory bases. The financing of these subsidies will be constituted by state-level employment funds transferred by the General Administration of the State to the Autonomous Community of Aragon within the framework of the territorial distribution of funds to the Autonomous Communities through the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labor Affairs. 2. The 2024 budget of the Autonomous Community of Aragon extended for the year 2026 by virtue of the provisions of Order HAP/1848/2025, of December 30, which determines the conditions to which the extension of the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Aragon of 2024 must comply, until the approval of the Budget Law for 2026, includes in the Expenses budget of the Aragonese Institute of Employment for said year, sufficient and adequate financial allocation to finance the Subsidy Program for the promotion of hiring, recovery and promotion of employment, in its different subsidy lines. 3. The total amount of the credit initially assigned to this call amounts to two million two hundred and fifty thousand euros (€2,250,000) and the corresponding subsidies will be financed from budget application 51016/G/3221/470181/33005 of the expense budget of the Aragonese Employment Institute corresponding to the year 2024, currently extended to 2026, and called “promotion of hiring, recovery and promotion of employment” Fifth. - Application deadlines. 1. The deadline for submitting applications for the corresponding subsidy will be 15 business days counted from the day following the date of registration in the Social Security of the person hired. 2. In those cases in which the start date of the indefinite contract or the conversion of a training contract into an indefinite contract falls between October 1, 2025 and the day of entry into force of this call, both inclusive, the period of 15 business days for the submission of applications will be counted from the day following the publication of this call in the “Official Gazette of Aragon”.
