The legal regime contained in section 3 of the summary table of the regulatory bases will apply to this call, in accordance with article 2 of the articulated text of the standard regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, approved by Order of December 20, 2019. 3. This subsidy aims to facilitate a housing solution, through the financing of the rent or established transfer price, to Third Sector entities that allocate housing or any accommodation or public or private residential provision, to victims of gender violence, victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation, victims of sexual violence, people subject to eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people. Third. Beneficiaries. The Third Sector entities, defined in Law 43/2015, of October 9, of the Third Sector of Social Action, that allocate housing or any other housing solution, in any tenure regime admitted by law (ownership, rental, transfer, use...) may be beneficiaries of the aid provided for in this order, to accommodate people who are victims of gender violence, victims of trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation, victims of sexual violence, people who are subject to eviction from their home. habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people. Room. Regulatory bases.
