First.– Beneficiaries. 1.– Natural or legal persons, whether for-profit or non-profit, and entities without legal personality, that formalize training contracts to obtain professional practice, which are described in the regulatory bases of these subsidies, in work centers in Castilla y León and with people who meet the requirements to be recipients of said contracts, as established in regulatory bases 11 and 12, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second.– Purpose. 1.– The subsidies called are intended to promote the formalization of training contracts to obtain professional practice, concluded by companies with work centers located in Castilla y León, with the purpose of providing recent graduates with professional experience appropriate to their level of studies or training, through the acquisition of the skills and abilities necessary for the development of the work activity corresponding to their degree, improving their employability and facilitating their incorporation into the labor market. 2.– The aid provided for in this call meets the conditions to be classified as a subsidy and is subject to Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, its implementing regulations and other applicable regulations. Third.– Regulatory Bases. Order IEM/324/2026, of March 30, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the on-demand training program in dual companies (FORCAREM II). Fourth.– Amount. The amount of the subsidy to be granted is determined in Base 6 of the regulatory bases. Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on April 27, 2026 and will end on September 30, 2026, both inclusive.
