Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias) FIRST: OBJECT The Municipal Sports Board of Fuenlabrada announces, through the competitive competition procedure, the granting of prizes to the best classified participants of the XLIV FUENLABRADA SPRING TROPHY organized by said Organization on May 18, 2025. SECOND. BENEFICIARIES Runners classified in positions 1st to 10th in the Elite-Sub 23 category, registered in the test, will be eligible for a financial prize. This classification will be accredited by means of a record duly signed by the judges of the test. The financial prizes by categories will be as follows: CLASSIFICATION CATEGORIES AMOUNT 1st CLASSIFICATED ELITE ¿ SUB 23,300 € 2nd CLASSIFICATED ELITE ¿ SUB 23,280 € 3rd CLASSIFIED ELITE ¿ SUB 23,150 € 4TH CLASSIFICATED ELITE ¿ SUB 23, 120 € 5th CLASSIFICATED ELITE ¿ SUB 23 €110 6TH ELITE CLASSIFIED ¿ SUB 23 €100 7TH ELITE CLASSIFIER ¿ SUB 23 €70 8TH ELITE CLASSIFIER ¿ SUB 23 €50 9TH ELITE CLASSIFIER ¿ SUB 23 €30 10TH ELITE CLASSIFIER ¿ SUB 23 €20 TOTAL €1,230 In case of not being up to date of payment with the Fuenlabrada City Council, they will be excluded from the list of those admitted, and this situation may be remedied only before the end of the allegations period. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council was initially published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. AMOUNT: The approved credit amounts to 1,230 euros, charged to budget application 4069/341/48000. FIFTH. DEADLINE Applications may be submitted from May 25 to June 5, 2026 until 12:00 p.m., duly completed and accompanied by the documentation required in art. eighth of the call, by the interested party or his/her representative, by any of the following means: ¿ In person, in the registry of the Municipal Sports Board of Fuenlabrada, General Entry Registry of the Fuenlabrada City Council or in any of its Auxiliary Registries. ¿ Telematically, through the electronic headquarters of the Fuenlabrada City Council (https://sede.ayto-fuenlabrada.es/) ¿ In the rest of the places established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of October 1. Payment to the winners will be made after the approval of the final award of the prizes, by bank transfer to the account number indicated in the application and bank receipt. This is published for your information and other purposes, letting you know that this act exhausts the administrative route and against it you may file a contentious-administrative appeal before one of the jurisdictional bodies provided for in articles 8 and 10 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, within a period of two months from the day following this notification. Without prejudice to the foregoing, you may, optionally, file an appeal for reconsideration before the same body that issued the act within a period of one month from the day following the day of this notification, in accordance with the provisions of articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Likewise, you may use any other resource provided for in the Law that interests you. The filing of the aforementioned resources does not, by itself, suspend the execution of the administrative act.
