1. Beneficiaries Two lines of subsidy are determined according to the previous situation of the beneficiaries, which will have different characteristics: - Line A.- Aimed at self-employed individuals and legal entities that have started their activity in Esplugues de Llobregat as of January 1, 2024 (inclusive) - Line B.- Aimed at self-employed individuals that have started their activity in Esplugues de Llobregat as of January 1. January 2024 (included) and who, prior to the start of their self-employed activity, are unemployed and registered as unemployed job seekers (DONO) 2. Object and purpose The object of the aid promoted by the Esplugues de Llobregat City Council, regulated in the indicated bases, is to promote the establishment of new economic activities in the municipality and the increase in effective self-employment, through financial aid that encourages it. The purpose of the aid is to encourage the installation of new economic activities in the municipality, while encouraging unemployed people to start their own business project, which allows them to be self-employed and progress in their employment and personal situation, thus contributing to the growth of the economic fabric of Esplugues de Llobregat. 3. Amount The amount allocated to this call will be a maximum of €60,000.00 for the year 2026. The maximum subsidy per applicant will be €5,000. 4.
