Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Small and medium-sized companies, micro-enterprises and self-employed persons with tax domicile in a town hall in the province of A Coruña. Second. Purpose The purpose of the PEL Awards is to recognize the best business initiatives in the province, promoting their positive image and enhancing their fundamental role as generators of wealth, employment and well-being, contributing to their sustainability, entrepreneurship and the empowerment of rural areas. Third. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the Regulatory Bases published in BOP number 70 of April 16, 2026 available at: https://bop.dacoruna.gal/bopportal/publicado/2026/04/16/2026_0000002345.pdf. Room. Amount The amount of the prize for each of the first classified candidates in each category will be 20,000 euros with the exception that the members of the jury decide to grant second prizes to the second classified candidates in any category when there is a difference of less than or equal to 5 points between the first and second candidates. In this case, the first classified will receive a prize of 15,000 euros and the second classified will receive a second prize of 5,000 euros. The corresponding withholdings of the tax system regulating the Personal Income Tax (IRPF) or the Corporate Tax (IS) will be made on these amounts. These amounts will be charged to item 0520/24100/481 of the ordinary Budget of the Provincial Council of A Coruña for 2026. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the call is published at 9:00 a.m., and will end at 2:00 p.m. on May 12. Sixth. Other information of interest Both the presentation of candidatures and the rest of the processing of this call will be carried out electronically through the SUBTEL platform, accessible from the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of A Coruña https://sede.dacoruna.gal/subtel/.
