The Municipal Plenary Meeting held on March 26, 2026, at the proposal of the Rural Development Commission, has adopted, among others, the following agreement: First.- Approve the regulatory bases for subsidies charged to the programs managed by the Department of Rural Development, with the objective of promoting and incentivizing the primary sector of Oñati. The lines included are the following: 1. Subsidies for the modernization of agricultural holdings. 2. Subsidies for the marketing of local products. 3. Water subsidies for agricultural use. 4. Subsidies for the cleaning and installation of septic tanks. 5.Subsidies to cover the cost of electricity for hermitages in rural neighborhoods. 6. Subsidies for the construction and improvement of private forest tracks. 7. Subsidies to finance the installation of light points outside the hamlets. 8. Subsidies for water supply works for those hamlets that do not have a connection to the supply network. Second.- Approve the 2026 public call and authorize an expense in the amount of €67,010, charged to item 1 1104.481.410.00.21 2026 (5675). Third.- The regulatory bases and the 2026 call approved through this agreement will take effect from the day following their publication in the official bulletin of Gipuzkoa. This agreement is final and puts an end to the administrative procedure. Interested persons may directly file a Contentious-Administrative Appeal against it before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of San Sebastián, within a period of two months from the day following its publication. However, private persons, in advance, may file an Optional Appeal for Reinstatement before the Governing Board, within a period of one month from the day following its publication. In this case, a contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the reconsideration appeal is expressly resolved or its presumed dismissal has occurred.
