First. – Purpose. Facilitate the labor insertion of indefinite contracts of workers with disabilities in the ordinary labor market through three programs: Program I: Promotion of indefinite contracts and transformation of fixed-term, temporary and training contracts signed with workers with disabilities into indefinite ones. By Order IEM/1209/2023, of October 19, the regulatory bases were established for the granting of subsidies for the labor insertion of people with disabilities in the ordinary labor market, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León, of October 27, 2023. Fourth. – Amount. The credit assigned to the call is 211,000 euros. In accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León, in order to meet a greater number of subsidy applications, the credits assigned to this call may be increased during its validity until reaching a maximum amount of 600,000 euros Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications.
