Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. FIRST. PURPOSE: The purpose of this call is to grant financial aid under competitive competition, aimed at covering the basic needs of women victims of gender violence residing in the municipality of Fuenlabrada. SECOND: BENEFICIARIES: Applicant women who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries: 1. Be registered in the municipality of Fuenlabrada for a minimum of six (6) months prior to the approval of these bases. The same requirement is required for the applicant's dependent children who are included in the application. Compliance with this requirement will be verified ex officio by the Fuenlabrada City Council. 2. Be of legal age (18 years) or legally emancipated on the date of submission of the application. 3. Have the status of victim of gender violence, which must be proven through any of the following documents i. Protection order or any other judicial resolution that agrees to a precautionary measure in favor of the victim, which must be in force on the date of submission of the request. ii. Conviction for a crime of gender violence. The date of the ruling cannot be older than five years from the date of submission of the application. iii. Report from the Public Prosecutor's Office indicating the existence of indications that the applicant is a victim of gender violence. iv. State accreditation of the situation of gender violence issued by the competent public administration, whose purpose is solely and exclusively to obtain this aid. 4. Do not live with the aggressor, except in exceptional circumstances in which cohabitation is going to end imminently, which requires an assessment and reasoned report from the PMORVG technical team. 5. Be up to date with the payment of your tax obligations with the Fuenlabrada City Council at the end of the application submission period. Compliance with this requirement will be verified ex officio by the Fuenlabrada City Council. 6. Not having had an annual income of more than 35,000.00 euros gross in the year prior to this call. Compliance with this requirement will be verified ex officio by the Fuenlabrada City Council. 7. Not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES: The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. AMOUNT: The budget allocated to this aid amounts to a total of €40,951.13, charged to the 2026 budget year, expenditure application 5021/23155/48008, and can be increased by an additional €35,000.00. Aid will be granted to all those applicants who meet the requirements expressed in the second point through the point-based grading system contemplated in the following table, in such a way that the amount to be received by each applicant will depend on the total number of points obtained: FAMILY CARE (1 point will be increased for each descendant up to 25 years of age in case of disability equal to or greater than 33%) Woman without dependent children 1 point Woman with 1 or 2 dependent children 2 points Woman with 3 or more dependent children 3 points ECONOMIC SITUATION Annual income up to €17,094.00 (SMI 2026 in 14 payments) 3 points Annual income of €17,094.01 up to €25,641.00 (1.5 SMI 2026 in 14 payments) 2 points Annual income greater than €25,641.01 (1.5 SMI 2026 in 14 payments) 1 point INCORPORATION TO THE PMROVG Woman incorporated into the PMROVG in the last 3 years 1 point Woman currently actively monitored in the PMROVG 2 points AID BENEFICIARY If she has not received aid in the previous year's call 1 point OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES (maximum 2 points) Older women 65 years of age 1 point Disability of the applicant equal to or greater than 33% 1 point Young victim under 25 years of age 1 point Unemployment status 1 point Long-term unemployment status (more than
