Call for subsidies aimed at activities to promote Basque in the socioeconomic field in 2026 A summary of the call for subsidies aimed at activities to promote Basque in the socioeconomic field in 2026 is published in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2008 of November 17. The full text can be consulted on the Oiartzun City Council website (www.oiartzun.eus) and in the National Subsidies Database. First. Purpose of the subsidy: The purpose of these bases is the regulation of the bases for the award of subsidies aimed at activities to promote Basque in the socioeconomic field in 2026. Second. Requirements to access subsidies. Specifically, these subsidies may be requested by associations, companies and commercial/hospitality establishments located in Oiartzun, provided that they are not included in any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law and that they meet the requirements established by article 4 of the Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Oiartzun City Council for the granting of subsidies and certify the performance of the activities specified in these specific bases. Third. Amount of subsidies. For the payment of these subsidies, 19,000.00 euros are stipulated in the following item of the 2026 municipal budget of the Oiartzun City Council: — Description of the program: subsidies aimed at activities to promote Basque in the socioeconomic field. Amount (2026): €19,000.00 Budget item (2026): 1 0321.481.335.00.04 2026 (A-831-2026). Room. Deadline and where to submit applications. Applications to access subsidies will be addressed to the body that makes the call and must be signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her; attaching the necessary documentation to the application. For this, the deadline will be as follows: After its publication in the BOG from May 1 to November 15, 2026. Applications will be submitted through electronic registration.
