SUBSIDIES THROUGH COMPETITIVE COMPETITION TO CITY COUNCIL OF THIS PROVINCE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF INVENTORABLE MUNICIPAL MACHINERY

Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries Town councils with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Palencia. Second. – Object Acquisition of inventoriable municipal machinery that allows the execution of actions that favor the comprehensive and adequate provision of services and activities under municipal jurisdiction, especially in municipalities of smaller size and economic capacity. Third. – Eligible actions Acquisition of municipal inventory machinery, up to a maximum of two, understood as the set of machines used for the operational functioning of public services by the local entity. Investment expenses in tooling, defined as a set of utensils or tools that can be used with machinery and internal transport elements intended for the transport of personnel, animals, materials and merchandise within workshops or similar facilities, without going outside, will also be considered eligible for subsidies. Expenses incurred since January 1, 2025 will be considered eligible. Investment expenses in transport elements, understood as vehicles intended for the transportation of people, animals, materials or merchandise, will not be eligible, except for those included in the previous paragraph. Investment expenses in office furniture, materials and equipment, as well as equipment for information processes such as computers and other electronic communications and data processing sets, are also not considered eligible for subsidies. Room. – Amount The total amount of the subsidies amounts to five hundred thousand euros (€500,000.00). In no case will the amount granted be greater than 50% of the investment budget accepted (to be justified) by the Provincial Council of Palencia, with a maximum of €10,000.00 subsidy per beneficiary. Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications One month, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, extending this deadline until the first following business day, when the last day is a Saturday or holiday. Sixth. - All documentation corresponding to this Call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Palencia https://sede.diputaciondepalencia.es.
