2026 call for subsidies for fixed investments that generate employment in Special Employment Centers

Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiary entities. Special employment centers that have the administrative qualification as such and that are registered in the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Autonomous Community of Aragon may be beneficiary entities of the subsidies that are called by means of this Order. The eligible actions must refer to work centers located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, regardless of whether or not the special employment centers that are beneficiaries of the subsidies have their headquarters in said territory. Second.- Purpose of the call. The purpose of this subsidy is to fully or partially cover the fixed investment linked to the creation of stable employment in the special employment center, both through new contracts entered into indefinitely and through the transformation into indefinite temporary or fixed-term contracts that are already in force, when, in both cases, they are carried out with people with disabilities. Third.- Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this call are included in Order EPE/23/2023, of January 16, which establishes the regulatory bases of the labor inclusion program of people with disabilities in the protected labor market through the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting the creation and maintenance of jobs in special employment centers, ("Official Gazette of Aragon", number 16, of January 25, 2023), modified by the Order EEI/374/2024, of April 15, published in the "Official Gazette of Aragon", number 80, of April 25, 2024, and by Order EMC/1492/2025, of October 27, published in the "Official Gazette of Aragon", number 220, of November 13, 2025. https://www.boa.aragon.es/cgi-bin/EBOA/BRSCGI? The financing of these subsidies will be constituted by state-level employment funds transferred by the General Administration of the State to the Autonomous Community of Aragon within the framework of the territorial distribution of funds to the Autonomous Communities through the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labor Affairs. 2. The 2024 budget of the Autonomous Community of Aragon extended for the financial year 2026 by virtue of the provisions of Order HAP/1848/2025, of December 30, which determines the conditions to which the extension of the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Aragon of 2024 must comply, until the approval of the Budget Law for 2026, includes in the expenditure budget of the Aragonese Employment Institute for said year, sufficient and adequate financial allocation to finance the Program for the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the protected labor market. Fifth.- Application deadlines. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this call in the “Official Gazette of Aragon”. Sixth.- Other data. 1. Subsidy applications will be addressed to the person in charge of the Management Directorate of the Aragonese Employment Institute, submitted electronically through the electronic tool specifically enabled for the management of these subsidies (GCEEI) and will be made through the following electronic address: https://www.aragon.es/tramitador/-/tramite/subvencion-del-programa of-labor-inclusion-of-people-with-disabilities-in-the-protected-labor-market/subsidy-for-fixed-investment-generating-employment, or including in the search engine the procedure “Subsidy for the labor inclusion program for people with disabilities in the protected labor market - Subsidy for fixed investment generating employment”. 2. The use of said application model will be mandatory in accordance with the provisions of article 66.6 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
