Subsidy, under a direct concession regime, to the Valencian Association of Companies in the Energy Sector for the development of the "Climate Launchpad Spain 2026" program

Official description of the call

First. Objective To channel the nominative subsidy granted by the Foundation in favor of the Valencian Association of Companies in the Energy Sector (AVAESEN) for the execution, during the 2026 financial year, of the “Climate Launchpad Spain 2026” Program, an initiative to promote climate entrepreneurship and clean technologies, through a national call, selection of projects, intensive training (Bootcamp), mentoring and celebration of the national final with European projection. Second. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of the subsidy are contained in the collaboration agreement signed between the Foundation and AVAESEN, in accordance with the provisions of articles 22.2.a) and 28.1 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves its Regulations, and in articles 22 and 23 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valencia City Council. Third. Amount The amount of the subsidy amounts to twenty-five thousand euros (€25,000.00), charged to the Foundation's budget for the year 2026. Fifth. Term The validity of the agreement extends from the date of the last electronic signature until December 31, 2026, with retroactive effects to January 1, 2026, exclusively for the purposes of allocating eligible activities and expenses. Sixth. Other information The subsidy is nominative in nature and is granted under a direct concession regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The payment of the subsidy will be made after presentation and validation of the corresponding supporting account, in the terms established in the collaboration agreement and in the applicable regulations. No advance payments or payments on account are foreseen, the payment being made only after correct justification of the eligible expenses. The subsidy will be compatible with other aid, income or resources that finance the same activity, provided that the total cost of the subsidized action is not exceeded, in the terms provided in the agreement.
