FIRST. THE OBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE GRANTThe purpose of these bases; within the framework established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies approved by RD 887/2006, of July 21, is to define the conditions and the procedure to follow for the application and granting, under a competitive competition regime, of the subsidies to be granted by this City Council for each birth that takes place or each adoption, for the acquisition of the first home (new construction or second hand), and to large families in order to alleviate the expenses that this entails, from December 1 of the year prior to this call and until November 30 of this current year. The purpose of this aid is, on the one hand, to promote birth rates in the municipality of Tous in order to avoid depopulation, contribute to alleviating the expenses of large families registered in the municipality and encourage the purchase of the first home by those registered in the municipality of Tous. SECOND. BUDGET CREDIT AND MAXIMUM GLOBAL AMOUNT The maximum budget allocation planned for this call will be TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND euros (€24,000), charged to budget application 231-48007- “Aid for births, large families and first home” of the municipal budget for the year 2026. The City Council will grant an individual fixed amount until the amount allocated for this concept, classified according to help line: Line 1: Birth aid €500 Line 2: First home purchase aid €1,000 Line 3: Large family aid €300 THIRD. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. Subsidies can be requested from the day following the publication of the corresponding annual call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia and until November 30 of the current year.
