9. AREA OF EQUALITY 9.1. SUBSIDIES FOR ASSOCIATIONS THAT DEVELOP THEIR ACTIVITY IN THE FIELD OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN WOMEN AND MEN 1. Purpose. The aid regulated in this call will be granted both for the operation of the Associations and for the development of specific programs and/or services aimed at the groups that are the object of the associative activity. Financial aid will take the form of subsidies and will have as its general purpose support in the fulfillment of its purposes in relation to the groups they represent. The subsidies may refer to the following specific areas: - Maintenance of the ordinary activity of the Association Within this section, the administration and organization expenses of the association will be subsidized, as long as it is essential for the realization of the subsidized activity or project and maintains a proportionality between the expense charged and the work performed. - Specific awareness-raising, training, information and dissemination actions on equal opportunities between women and men. - Preparation of specific materials and resources related to equal opportunities between women and men - Development of specific intervention programs aimed at the groups that are the object of the associative activity - Exceptionally, the organization of events, celebrations, anniversaries, which are considered to have proven roots in Arrasate, may be subsidized. - Participation in training courses, seminars and conferences that are related to equal opportunities may be subsidized for groups or people belonging to them who actively work in Arrasate in the field of real equality between men and women. Financial aid in this concept may reach, at most, the amount of registration for training courses, seminars and conferences, with a limit of €100 per person per year. 2. Beneficiaries Associations that develop and/or attend to activities in the municipality of Arrasate or serve people registered in Arrasate may apply for the subsidies that these bases regulate. Beneficiaries must meet the conditions required in article 4 of the general bases of this call regarding the obligation to register in the corresponding public registry. Exceptionally, and in accordance with the last section of article 1 of these specific rules, groups and entities that organize events and celebrations that are considered to have proven roots in Arrasate may be exempted from the requirement of registration in the Registry of Associations of the Basque Government. 3. Applications Interested entities will submit a separate application for each of the projects or activities (including ordinary activity) for which financial aid is requested. In addition to the documentation requested in the Ordinance, requests addressed to the Equality administrative unit must include: - Number of associated people, distinguishing those from Arrasate and other locations. 4. Administrative unit in charge of processing Applications will be processed by the Equality administrative unit. 5. Application assessment criteria. To calculate the aid regulated in these bases, the following criteria will be applied, with the score that is collected below for each section: - Demonstrated track record of the Association, its volume, representativeness and the adequacy of the activity carried out to the demands and problems of the group: Up to 25 points - Impact, beneficiaries and expected results of the action in the area to which it is directed and, in particular, in the municipality of Arrasate; activities of interest that may be generated in the program and activity: Up to 25 points - Technical quality of the project (design, methodology, organization of resources, innovative nature, etc.): Up to 25 points - Contribution of the Association's own resources (human and materials) and volunteer personnel for the development of the activity: Up to 15 points. - Presence of other sources of financing: Up to 10 points In addition to these, preference will be given and the following characteristics will be positively valued: In addition to the contribution of the City Council for the materialization of its activities
