Subsidy to promote economic reactivation of agricultural and livestock activity in the municipality of Andratx 2025-2026

Official description of the call

Beneficiaries: 1. The following persons may be beneficiaries of this subsidy: a) Natural or legal persons, public or private, with domicile or tax domicile in the municipality of Andratx, owners or tenants of agricultural or livestock farms located in the municipality of Andratx. b) Non-profit entities that have their registered office and scope of action in the municipality of Andratx and are registered in the Registry of Associations of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and that have as their object any of the purposes of this call. In any case, a requirement is established that the beneficiary be the owner of an agricultural holding in the municipality of Andratx registered in the Insular Agrarian Registry (RIA), a livestock holding in the Registry of Livestock Holdings (REGA) or a holding (agrarian or livestock) registered in the Balearic Council of Organic Agriculture (CBPAE). 2. Persons or entities that are in any of the situations indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not obtain the status of beneficiaries of subsidies. In particular, it is worth highlighting the fact of not being up to date with the payment of debts with the Andratx City Council and the payment of obligations derived from the reimbursement of subsidies. Purpose and scope of application 1. The purpose of these call bases is to regulate the granting of subsidies on a competitive basis with proration, as established by article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, with the purpose of supporting the revitalization of the agricultural sector through measures to promote, compensate and energize the sector, and promote the care of the green heritage of Andratx, within the scope of application of the present bases. 2. The scope of application of the aid regulated in this call is farms and spaces intended for agricultural-livestock activities on rural land in the municipality of Andratx. 3. The granting of the subsidies contemplated in this call will be subject to the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness in meeting objectives and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources. Eligible activities 1. The following expenses will be eligible: a) The acquisition of fertilizers or trees (the purchase and planting of carob trees, almond trees, olive trees, fig trees, apricot trees, peach trees, pear trees, acerola trees, walnut trees, pomegranate trees, quince trees, jujube trees and loquat trees exclusively). b) The animal feeding of the specimens registered in the registry of livestock farms (REGA) in the update of the year 2025-2026, of the sheep, goats, pigs, cattle, donkeys, snails, bees and poultry species, in addition to horses and rabbits. It includes food already prepared or prepared, as well as seeds for planting for animal feed. c) The acquisition of sheep, goats, pigs, cattle, donkeys, snails, bees, poultry and rabbits. 2. The following are specifically excluded from the subsidy: a) Food supplements b) Food for horses that are not registered in the REGA update for the year 2025 - 2026 c) The acquisition of horses d) Expenses related to the construction of corrals, planting places and watering places for the animals 3.
