Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. Companies, regardless of their legal form, self-employed workers and private non-profit entities that carry out their activity in the Autonomous Community of Aragon and that, in their capacity as employers and complying with the requirements and conditions established in this regulation, enter into eligible employment contracts with the young people provided for in this order, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this order. Second. Purpose. The subsidies included in this order are intended to promote, through different aid and incentives, the improvement of the employability of young people and facilitate the generational change in the workforce of companies in the Autonomous Community of Aragon. Third. Amount. 1. The financing of these subsidies will be constituted by state employment funds transferred by the General Administration of the State to the Autonomous Community of Aragon within the framework of the territorial distribution of funds to the Autonomous Communities through the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labor Affairs. 2. The 2024 budget of the Autonomous Community of Aragon extended for the year 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Order HAP/1848/2025, of December 30, which determines the conditions to which the extension of the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Aragon for 2024 must comply, until the approval of the Budget Law for 2026, includes in the Expenses budget of the Aragonese Employment Institute for said year sufficient and appropriate financial allocation to finance the subsidy program for the Aragonese Plan to improve young employability, in its different subsidy lines. 3. The total amount of the credit initially assigned to this call amounts to two million two hundred thousand euros (€2,200,000) and the corresponding subsidies will be financed from budget application 51016/G/3221/470111/33005 of the expense budget of the Aragonese Employment Institute corresponding to the year 2024, currently extended to 2026. Fourth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications for the corresponding subsidy will be 15 business days counted from the day following the date of registration in the Social Security of the hired person. Fifth. Other information 1. Subsidy applications will be addressed to the person in charge of the Management Directorate of the Aragonese Employment Institute, submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon at the electronic address: https://www.aragon.es/tramitador/-/tramite/subvenciones-del-programa-mejora or including in the procedures search engine the name “MEJORA Program Subsidies”. 2. The use of the application model is mandatory in accordance with the provisions of article 66.6 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
