Official description of the call
Extract from the Resolution of April 28, 2026, by which the Awards for Sports Excellence Absolute Category of High Level and/or High Performance are announced in the area of the Principality of Asturias for the financial year 2026. First.- Beneficiaries: Asturian athletes who have obtained the qualification as a high national level athlete and/or high regional performance in the Principality of Asturias in the year 2025. Said qualification must have been achieved by competing and having obtained sports results in the year 2024-2025, in the absolute category and in sports clubs that are not beneficiaries of subsidy destined for clubs that participate in official high-level competitions, in the same sports modality, for which aid is requested in the year 2025. Second.- Purpose: Granting of prizes, in a non-competitive competition regime, for Sports Excellence absolute High Level category and/or High Performance in the area of the Principality of Asturias. Third.- Regulatory Bases: By Resolution of the Ministry of Culture, Language Policy and Tourism dated November 26, 2021 (BOPA of 02-XII-2021). Fourth.- Amount: Total amount: €150,000 Maximum amount per project: €8,000 for athletes qualified as High National Level and €6,200 for athletes qualified as High Regional Performance. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias.
