First. Beneficiaries. Sports clubs and sports corporations that meet the following requirements on the date of publication of this extract of the call order in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies that are being called: a) Be registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of Castilla y León b) Have teams competing in official leagues or competitions at a national or international level of absolute category provided for in the official calendars of the Sports Federations corresponding. c) Have teams competing in national or international leagues of absolute category or with teams that participate in Level I Spanish Championships, provided for in the official calendars of the corresponding Sports Federations, in the case of Sports Clubs for the disabled. Second. Object. Call, for the year 2026, under a competitive competition regime, subsidies to sports clubs and sports corporations for the development of their sports activity with the purpose of contributing to the consolidation of their sports structure of sports clubs and corporations. Third. Regulatory bases. Order CYT/211/2018, of February 20, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to sports clubs and sports corporations for the development of their sports activity. “Quarry Program”, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León No. 46 of March 6, 2018 modified by Order CYT/55/2019, of January 17, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León No. 24 of February 5, 2019. Fourth. Amount of subsidies. The total amount of the credit allocated is €1,200,000. The amount of the subsidy for each beneficiary may reach 100% of the amount requested and will be proportional to the score obtained in application of the assessment criteria, with a limit of €100,000 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León”. Sixth. Modification of the concession resolution. The authority to resolve requests for modification of the concession resolution is delegated to the General Director of Sports, in accordance with the provisions of article 48 of Law 3/2001, of July, of the Government and Administration of the Community of Castilla y León.
