First.- Purpose: To call for the years 2026 and 2027, under a direct concession regime, the granting of subsidies from the Specific Vocational Training Program with a Hiring Commitment (FEMP) whose purpose is to finance vocational training actions for employment, aimed at improving the employability of the Castilian and Leonese population, through the acquisition of a level of professional qualification adapted to business demands, through the completion of specific training courses that involve the commitment of hiring of a percentage of the people participating in them by the beneficiary companies or entities. Second.- Beneficiary entities: Companies and private non-profit entities that assume the employment contracting commitment indicated in section 2.u) of base 4 of the Order may obtain the status of beneficiary entities, in the terms established in the 3rd base of Order IEM/1074/2023, of August 29, and in this section and in accordance with the distribution of budgetary credits provided for in the first section of this call. When the beneficiary of these subsidies is a business association or any other entity legally constituted as a private, non-profit legal entity, any associate member of the beneficiary entity who undertakes to carry out all or part of the activities that support the granting of the subsidy, to develop the training and/or to carry out the required labor contracts, in its name and on its behalf, may also be considered a beneficiary. Likewise, communities of property that meet the requirements set forth in this section may have the status of beneficiaries, in accordance with the provisions of article 11.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases aimed at the subsidies of the Specific Vocational Training Program with a commitment to contract are established by ORDER IEM/1074/2023, of August 29, published in BOCYL No. 171 of September 6, 2023. Fourth.- Amount: The budgetary credits intended to finance the program subsidies will be those established for the years 2026 and 2027 in budget applications 08.23.241B02.77076 and 08.23.241B02.780A3, for the amount of 1,800,000 euros. Fifth.- Deadline for submission of applications: Subsidy applications will be submitted electronically, through the electronic registry of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es), from June 3, 2026 to May 31, 2027. Sixth.- Deadline for execution of the eligible activity: The subsidized training actions may be carried out from the day following the date notification of the concession resolution until August 31, 2027.
