Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The recipients of this aid may be: Legal entities that are legally constituted as a non-profit entity or cooperative, with presence and social base in the city of Lleida, in the following cases: Be part of the participatory structures as established in the Regulations for Citizen Participation as Neighborhood Entities. Be constituted as Regional Houses or International Cultural Centers. Non-profit entity or cooperative, in concert with Neighborhood Entities, with the objective of developing a project within the framework of the purpose of this call in a neighborhood of the city. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities (RME) of the Lleida City Council and have updated data at the time of the opening of the call. Second. Purpose The purpose of these bases is to regulate the granting of aid for the promotion of social cohesion and citizen participation through activities that promote community values, coexistence, volunteering and the feeling of belonging to the neighborhoods and the city, strengthening the associative fabric promoted by neighborhood entities with headquarters in Lleida, which develop actions in the neighborhoods of the city integrating the Gender and Human Rights-Based Approach (hereinafter EGIBDH), that respond to priorities, values, and/or purposes of the regulations within the framework of citizen participation, associations and volunteerism, contributing to the development of critical, co-responsible and transformative citizenship within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (hereinafter SDG), promoting the culture of citizen participation to promote community, inclusive, participatory actions that respond to the needs detected. Amount The total amount of the call for the financial year 2026 amounts to €150,000, charged to budget item 06 9240 48901, under the name "other transfers to non-profit entities". The individualized amount of the aid and the criteria for its determination are established in clause 5 of the regulatory bases. Your payment will be made by means of an advance payment of 100% exempt from guarantee, via bank transfer, to an account opened by the beneficiary entity for the income and payments related to the grant granted € Fifth. Application submission deadline. Interested parties will submit applications electronically through the specific procedure enabled at the City Council's electronic headquarters: www.paeria.es/subvencions. The applications will accompany the forms determined in clause 10 of the regulatory bases and will be submitted within a period of 20 business days from the day following the day on which the publication of the call takes place in the Official Gazette of the Province. When the last day of the period is a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or holiday), it will be deemed extended to the first following business day. If the documentation does not meet the requirements, the interested party will be required to amend the defect or attach the required documents within 10 business days. Sixth. Other data. The projects presented in this call must be developed from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
