Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The following may be beneficiaries of this aid: 1. AFAs, AMPAs or educational centers for early childhood, primary or secondary education that organize educational activities for children and young people outside of school hours. (Line 1) 2. AFAs, AMPAs or educational centers for early childhood, primary or secondary education that organize sports activities for children and young people outside of school hours. (Line 2) 3. Be legally constituted as an Association of Students' Families (AFAs) or Association of Parents (AMPAs) or as an educational center for early childhood education, primary education and secondary education in the city of Lleida. 4. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the Lleida City Council and have updated data and, in the case of educational centers, have their address in the city of Lleida Segundo. Purpose: The purpose of these bases is to regulate the granting of aid to guarantee quality leisure and to promote educational equity for children and young people, with educational and sports activities and proposals outside school hours, to promote personal and social skills, improve educational success and enhance the values of sport and physical health. These actions must be a driver of social cohesion and integration for equal opportunities. Third. Regulatory bases https://seu.paeria.cat/documentPublic/download/46311 Fourth. Amount The total amount of the call for the financial year 2026 amounts to €11,000.00 charged to budget item 10-3261-48204 Other transfers to non-profit entities. The amount of the maximum grant awarded may not exceed 15% of the total amount allocated to this call. No minimum amount is established for the concession. The amount of aid can reach 100% of the eligible expense. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, this period will be extended until the following Monday or subsequent business day. The information regarding the place of presentation and documentation to be presented is found in section 10 of the specific bases that regulate this call. If the documentation does not meet the requirements, the interested person will be required to amend the defect or attach the required documents within a period of 10 business days. Sixth. Other data. Payment of the subsidies will be made through a 100% advance payment, exempt from guarantee. The projects presented in this call must be developed during the 2025-2026 school year.
