Extract from the Resolution of May 4, 2026 of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which grants aid to offset the cost of vaccination against notifiable animal diseases in the Principality of Asturias, by 2025 First. Beneficiaries. Individuals, communities of property, entities under a shared ownership regime as established in Law 35/2011, of October 4, civil companies without a commercial purpose and legal entities, with the exclusion of administrations or public sector entities, who are owners of livestock farms located in the Principality of Asturias or the ADSG officially recognized in the Principality of Asturias, may apply for this aid prior to submitting the application for subsidy, and that, in both cases, they have acquired the vaccines for the voluntary vaccination of the animals on the farm that are susceptible to being vaccinated against the notifiable diseases detailed in Annex II of the Resolution of the call, which meet the requirements and obligations established in Base 2. Acquisitions that were made in the period between January 1 and December 31, 2025 will be eligible actions. Second. Object. These aids are intended to cover the cost of acquiring the vaccines necessary for the voluntary vaccination of susceptible animals on the farm against the notifiable diseases detailed in Annex II in the terms and conditions detailed therein, in the autonomous community of the Principality of Asturias. Third. Regulatory bases. The granting of aid will be governed by the regulatory bases established in the Resolution of December 30, 2025, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which approves the regulatory bases of the aid intended to compensate the cost of the vaccine against notifiable animal diseases in the Principality of Asturias and its modifications. Room. Amount. The unit amount of the vaccine doses is set based on the justified value per dose, up to a maximum value according to the market price of the immunological product subject to vaccination set by the laboratories and which for the following diseases is established as: o,,Bluetongue (serotype 3): €2.50/dose of sheep, and €5.00/dose of bovine or,,Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease (EHE): €4.65/dose or,Anthrax: €3.02/dose or,,Q fever: €73 + VAT for each 40 ml bottle (cattle: 4ml/dose; sheep 2ml/dose). The maximum amount to be received by each applicant may in no case exceed the total amount of the justified expense. The total amount allocated to this aid is €500,000, which may be increased where appropriate, applying proration if it is exceeded. For reasons of efficiency and economy, so that the cost associated with the administrative management of the aid is not higher than the amount of aid to be granted, those whose total amount to receive is less than 100 euros will not be considered beneficiaries. Fifth. Application submission deadline. THIRTY business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOPA Sixth. Other data.
