Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index): First. Beneficiaries.— Families registered in San Fernando de Henares and with sons/daughters, born after December 31, 2005, studying any of the following regulated education, in educational centers supported by public funds: second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Special Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Basic Vocational Training, Intermediate Vocational Training, Higher Vocational Training, Baccalaureate and University Degree studies, during the 2026/2027 academic year. Second. Purpose.— The granting of aid to cover the costs of school and computer equipment derived from the start of the 2026/2027 school year. This call will regulate public subsidies for the acquisition of: a) Expendable school supplies (such as notebooks, pages, pencils, pens, paints, markers...) and non-expendable (calculators, rulers, folders, pencil cases, backpacks...); b) Computer material necessary for the learning process in face-to-face and non-face-to-face teaching (such as tablets, pendrives, memories, computers...); c) Musical instruments: only flutes and chimes are considered; d) Expenses of the school cooperative [This call does not contemplate: neither textbooks nor Early Childhood Education sheets nor clothing and/or sports equipment nor complementary activities that may arise throughout the school year, such as outings, workshops, excursions...] Third. Regulatory bases.— This call is regulated by the regulatory bases approved by the Local Government Board held in an extraordinary session on 04/28/2026, published on the website of the San Fernando de Henares City Council. Room. Amount.— The procedure is called under a competitive competition regime charged to the credit available in budget item ED.3261.481.00 of the 2026 municipal budget, for a maximum amount of 55,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline.— Subsidy applications and required documentation will be directed to the Department of Education. The deadlines for submitting applications will be made public through the municipal website of the San Fernando de Henares City Council, with sufficient notice.
