ANNOUNCEMENT Extract of the Agreement adopted by the Governing Board of the Ferreries City Council in an extraordinary session on April 16, 2026, point 6 of the agenda, which approves the bases and the call for the granting of aid to non-profit entities for the development of activities in the social field during the year 2026 (file E0559/2026/3) In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/903834) "Object The purpose of this call is to provide collaboration to entities and associations in the development of activities of a in the municipality or that carry out programs or actions that benefit the residents of Ferreries during the current year. Beneficiaries Legally constituted, non-profit entities that meet the requirements determined in article 4 of the regulatory bases. The following are expressly excluded: a) For-profit entities, in particular all commercial and civil companies. who are part of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for People with Disabilities Island of Menorca. Criteria for granting aid The applications will be evaluated in accordance with the order of priority and the criteria contained in article 7. Budgetary allocation Maximum amount of €5,000 charged to budgetary application 231.48200 of the General Budget for the year 2026. Deadline and form of submission of applications The deadline Application submission period will be one month from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands (BOIB). Applications will be submitted to the General Registry of the Ferreries City Council through the corresponding electronic submission, in accordance with and under the provisions of Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
